For FabTime (Technical training)
Provided training to FabTime staff on wafer fabrication technology and the complexities of WIP management in that environment.  I devised a WIP management exercise that allows trainees to exercise different management strategies and evaluate the results.  
With FabTime (Operations Consulting)
Presented at User's Group meeting discussing approaches to managing inventory in  wafer fabs. Applied the WIP Management exercise where approximately 20 managers interacted and tested their thinking on alternative inventory management practices.

For Balance Staffing (Organizational Development)
Defined and delivered 40 hour leadership skills curriculum to new and experienced managers. 

For Balance Staffing (Operations)

Took on role as Acting Regional Director of Operations to establish and kick off the Austin, Texas branch of the company.
